Privacy policy

This site only collects the data entered in its two forms (contact and booking request). It sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tools.

• Contact request — name, e-mail, message
  answering the request; consent (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a)) · 3 years after the last exchange
• Booking request — first name, surname, e-mail, phone, postal address, country, dates, number of adults and minors
  assessing the request and concluding the contract; pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) · if no booking: 3 years after the last exchange
• Performance of the rental — the above data, payment received, bank details of the paying account (for any refund)
  payment, refund, arrival information; contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) · term of the contract, then 5 years (limitation period, French Civil Code Art. 2224)
• Accounting and tourist tax — identity, amounts, number of nights and guests
  accounting and tax obligations; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) · 10 years (accounting records)
• Police registration form — information on the form, for guests who are not French nationals

• Online deposit (Swikly) — data entered by the guest with Swikly for the temporary card pre-authorisation, on the arrival day
  covering any damage; contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) · according to Swikly's policy
• Evidence of the booking — date and time of the request and of each step, IP address and browser used to send the request, version of the terms and conditions accepted, text of the e-mails exchanged
  establishing the conclusion, content and performance of the contract in the event of a dispute; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) · as for the request or contract concerned: 3 years if no booking, 5 years after the end of the contract
• Form security — IP address, kept only as an encrypted fingerprint
  limiting automated submissions; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) · 1 hour

Mandatory fields: the form fields are needed to handle the request. Without them, it cannot be processed.

Recipients: the owners only, and their service providers within the limits of their task: the site's hosting provider (IONOS SARL), the bank for transfers, Swikly for the online deposit. The police registration form is only passed to the police or gendarmerie on request. No data is sold or used for marketing.

Transfers outside the European Union: the publisher makes no such transfer.

Cookies: no cookies or trackers are set. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. Links to third-party sites (maps, resort, restaurants) open those sites, which have their own policies.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR, Art. 15 to 21). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out (Art. 7(3)). To exercise them: ojbanette@naexpertises.fr or by post to the address above. Reply within one month (Art. 12(3)).

Complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr (GDPR, Art. 77).
